Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in electrical/construction.
Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.
Experience with budget management and cost control.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical projects from planning through execution and closing phases.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Estimating change orders, monitor project progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any issues that arise.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
Facilitate procurement processes for project materials and equipment.
