Job summary

Calvary Albuquerque Inc. is seeking a Video Technician to support live services and special events. This role includes setting up and tearing down video gear, operating cameras and Pro Presenter, and ensuring smooth on-site video playback.

Proficiency in MAC OS and live television production workflows is required, along with strong communication with talent and crew. The position involves hands-on work in a busy church environment.

Qualifications

• Conversant in MAC OS
• Must have working knowledge of live television production including camera operation, computer graphics, switching and routing, video production and camera controls.
• Strong work ethic and servant’s heart
• Ability to learn quickly and increase knowledge of new skills, programs, and equipment
• Ability to quickly perform complicated tasks to a high quality and under pressure
• Strong communication skills with talent and crew
• Creativity and an eye for photography
• Knowledge of camera and lenses and workflow of digital SLR cameras
• Ability to organize and be prepared for live and field production
• Basic knowledge of computer-based editing, webcasting and podcasting a plus

Responsibilities

• MAIN SANCTUARY SERVICES: Assist in setup and teardown of all video equipment needed.
• Assist with setup/teardown of all service-related video equipment.
• SPECIAL SERVICES/EVENTS: Setup and teardown all equipment needed for remote or on-campus events.
• Operate cameras, computers and screens for all live events including outdoor services, baptisms, concerts, conferences, weddings/memorials.
