Job summary

Biltmore Church in Arden, NC is seeking a Video Systems Coordinator to support live video environments and production systems. You will handle event prep, equipment maintenance, content programming, and advanced troubleshooting as part of the Production Systems Team.

The role emphasizes serving with a Christ-centered approach, leading volunteers, and ensuring reliable technical support for services and events.

Responsibilities

Direct, switch, or produce live video for broadcast services and Arden/Online campuses.
Recruit and train production volunteers for video roles.
Program and manage content for LED wall systems and playback workflows.
Attend and support services, events, and training scheduled on the production calendar.
Perform preventive maintenance, updates, repairs, and other technical tasks.
Coordinate video and other technical requirements for weekday and weekend services.
Complete required administrative tasks accurately and timely.
Maintain inventories of equipment, supplies, and purchases.
Provide production coverage for internal and external events.
Perform other duties as assigned by Central Production Minister or Production Systems Director.
