Job summary

Calvary Albuquerque Inc seeks an Audio Technician to handle setup and teardown of audio equipment for services and ministries. You will operate analog and digital mixing consoles, manage monitor mixes for in-ear monitors or wedges, and assist band members in set-up.

Qualifications

• Must have a good musical ear and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work and run sound under pressure, and to complete tasks independently.
• Ability to terminate audio cables: XLR, TRS, TS, Cat6 and coaxial.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must attend one in person weekend service per week and call Calvary Church home church.

Responsibilities

• Set up and teardown audio equipment for services or ministries.
• Ensure the venue stage is clean and presentable.
• Operate sound/mixing consoles (analog and digital).
• Control the monitor console for in-ear monitors or wedges.
• Assist band members to set up for services and events.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment across multiple venues and campuses.
• Test, maintain, and repair equipment as needed.
• Keep audio booths and rooms organized and stocked.
