Job summary

LCBC Church's Manheim campus is seeking a Production Tech to prepare, operate, and maintain audio, video, and lighting systems for weekend services and events. You will recruit and lead volunteer tech teams and collaborate with staff to create excellent environments across services, student gatherings, and campus events.

The role blends relational leadership with hands-on technical work, requiring weekend availability, safety awareness, and a heart for ministry.

Qualifications

Experience with professional AVL systems in live environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and make quick decisions during live production.
Physical ability to set up/tear down equipment, climb ladders, and lift.
Strong leadership and experience developing volunteers.
Alignment with LCBC's mission, values, and doctrinal statement.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and lead volunteer tech teams.
