Job summary

Biltmore Church is seeking a Video Systems Coordinator to support its live video environments and production systems at the Arden/Asheville campuses. The role involves event prep, equipment maintenance, content programming, and advanced troubleshooting as part of the Production Systems Team.

You will lead live video operations, recruit and train volunteers, and manage LED wall content while coordinating with campus teams to ensure smooth services and events.

Qualifications

Experience with Ross Video, ProPresenter, system design.
Knowledge of general network engineering and production systems integration.
Ability to recruit, train volunteers for video roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Direct, switch, or produce live video for broadcast services and events.
Recruit and train production volunteers.
Program and manage LED wall content and playback workflows.
Attend and support services, events, and training sessions.
Perform preventive maintenance and system updates.
Coordinate video needs for weekday and weekend services.
Maintain inventories of equipment and supplies.
Provide production coverage for internal and external events.
Complete admin tasks accurately and timely.
