First-Baptist-Church-of is seeking an experienced AVL Technician to provide technical leadership for audio, lighting, and video resources across the Family Church network. This role supports weekend services and special events at all campuses, ensuring AVL systems are prepared, reliable, and executed with excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 1 year of AVL experience, strong communication, and a track record of team leadership in a church environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of AVL experience with strong background in Audio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading paid and/or volunteer staff.
• Experience in a multi-site church environment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint / ProPresenter.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for worship services and events across all campuses.
• Prepare and maintain AVL systems and documentation for events.
• Mix audio to professional standards during services.
• Program lighting and operate lighting controls during services.
• Organize stage setup and prep for worship teams.
• Attend weekly production planning meetings and coordinate with the Technical Director.
• Lead and mentor volunteers in production tasks.
• Maintain AVL equipment and communicate upgrades/repairs needs.
