Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT understanding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for maintenance and operations of the venue, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, chillers, refrigeration, boilers and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance on electrical systems, such as replacing bulbs and outlets.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (landscaping, snow removal, salting sidewalks, painting, carpentry).
• Troubleshoot repairs throughout the facility, concession stands and kitchen equipment.
• Operate a forklift as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of changes in applicable regulations.
• Assist with other events and tasks as needed.
