BingX is seeking a LATAM-focused specialist to support KOLs and creators, driving livestream growth and audience engagement across local platforms. You will analyze data, tailor content strategies, and coach creators to improve livestream performance.

The role requires market awareness of LATAM trends, strong English skills, and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, with collaboration across Marketing and Partnerships to localize campaigns and optimize retention.

Formación

• Based in LATAM with strong understanding of local social platforms and user behavior.
• Experience in KOL management, creator/streamer operations, livestream operations, content growth, or community management.
• Strong traffic analysis skills using performance data to optimize content.
• Ability to identify local trends and translate them into effective livestream strategies.
• Experience coaching creators to improve content quality and livestream performance.
• English for business communication; Spanish or Portuguese is a must.
• Interest in Finance, Crypto, or Trading.

• Improve user retention by connecting livestream traffic to communities, landing pages, or other conversion channels.
• Collaborate with local Marketing and Partnership teams to drive livestream growth and localization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support LATAM KOLs and streamers in growing livestream traffic, audience, engagement, and visibility.

Core Requirements

• Ability to identify local trends and translate them into effective livestream strategies.
• Experience coaching or supporting creators to improve content quality and livestream performance.
• English proficiency for business communication; Spanish or Portuguese is a must.
• Interested in Finance, Crypto, or Trading, with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Crypto, Forex, CFD, Trading, or other financial platforms.
• Experience managing KOLs/creators, with an existing LATAM creator, agency, or MCN network preferred.
• Proven success in traffic growth, community operations, or user retention.
• Experience coaching creators, building livestream/content operations, and collaborating with cross-functional or global teams.
