Job summary
100 LEARFIELD's SIDEARM Sports division seeks a Streaming Support Specialist to deliver high-quality live streaming support for collegiate events. You will monitor streams, train clients on the SIDEARM CMS, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support to fans.
The role requires evenings and weekends during the athletic season, with a 3 PM–11 PM shift and close collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, monitoring stream quality, and guiding
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in video production and/or live streaming.
- Strong client service skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Team oriented with ability to lead, support peers, and take accountability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client relationships.
- Monitor and communicate with SIDEARM partners regarding the quality of live streams.
- Train clients on audio/video streaming area of the SIDEARM CMS.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and fixing streaming issues.
- Provide end-user support to fans who have difficulty viewing live-streamed content.
- Troubleshoot fan subscription issues for client schools.
- Assist with the oversight of SIDEARM Streaming staff.
- Contribute to the overall success of SIDEARM Sports.
