Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Streaming Support Specialist in Dallas, TX (remote options) to ensure high-quality live audio and video streaming for collegiate events. You will monitor streams, train clients on tools, and troubleshoot issues during evenings and weekends in the athletic calendar.

Collaborate with internal SIDEARM teams, support fans viewing live content, and help maintain stream quality across multiple events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of video production or live streaming experience.
• Strong client service skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to lead, support peers, and be accountable.
• Technical aptitude with live streaming tools and workflows; basic encoder knowledge.
• Working knowledge of video/audio codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and bitrates.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

## Specialist, Streaming SupportApplylocations: Dallas, TX: Remote Texastime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R101362The Streaming Support Specialist role is responsible for delivering high quality live audio and video streaming support for collegiate athletic events, working closely with athletic department staff, production teams, internal streaming specialists, and end users. This position is part of our streaming services team with a specific schedule that allows us to provide industry-leading service to our clients during the unique hours of college athletics monitoring live streams to troubleshoot issues in real time, train clients on streaming tools, and ensure a positive viewing experience for fans. They collaborate daily with internal SIDEARM teams and serve as a primary point of contact during live events. As such, this will include working evenings and weekends during the athletic calendar (August through May) to fulfill the needs of our clients and fans.
