Responsibilities

• Set up audio equipment including speakers, monitors, amplifiers, and microphones.
• Operate the sound board during performances.
• Run cables and patch analog systems.
• Provide monitor mixes for performers.
• Work with either an in-house system or set up an independent sound system.
• Run audio from video and other inputs.
• Report to production manager or stage manager.
• Keep equipment organized and clean.
• Assist other departments on call when needed.
