Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a versatile entertainment technician to join our shipboard team. You will contribute to technical support for shows, deck activities, talks, and events, while helping build scenery and operate follow spots as directed.

You will work within a production sub-department to ensure coverage across the ship, maintain safety standards, and support AMPs in delivering high-quality entertainment experiences at sea.

Qualifications

• Experience working in live theatre environments or on a variety of shows.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety within production operations.
• Proficient command of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support for shows, deck activities, talks, and other events.
• Assist in building scenery, operating follow spots, and setting up technical equipment as directed.
• Follow instructions and work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are executed safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and equipment and adhere to the department's schedule.
• Support regular loading and off-loading of entertainment items to and from the ship.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as requested by management.
