Job summary
Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced audio-visual technician to operate pro audio gear, manage digital/analog consoles, and support show control, time code, and lighting systems aboard.
You will assist with projection and recording tasks, read electrical drawings, and handle PC maintenance while adhering to safety protocols. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work up to 10 hours per 24 hours, seven days a week, with occasional guest-facing
Qualifications
- Experience operating professional audio equipment.
- Familiar with digital/analog consoles.
- Knowledge of show control and time code distribution.
- Basic electrical theory and ability to read diagrams.
- Experience with lighting consoles preferred (GrandMA/ETC).
- Ability to safely climb ladders and use Genie lift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willing to work up to 10 hours per 24h, 7 days a week.
- Customer-facing interaction when required.
Responsibilities
- Provide forward-facing guest interaction during certain duties and troubleshooting.
