Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Stage Technician to maintain and operate live stage equipment for shows in our main theatres on ships. You will perform preventive maintenance, basic carpentry, painting, and ensure inventory readiness for productions.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of audio/lighting, rigging, and backstage workflows, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a dynamic travel environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Word and Excel required.
Knowledge of theatrical productions and safe rigging practices.
Experience with audio/lighting systems and moving lights.
Familiarity with Yamaha M7, LS9, PM5D, and Martin Maxxyz consoles preferred.
Strong English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Maintain backstage areas and workshops for safe operation.
Assist with scenic changes and ensure safety during performances.
Track inventory and report damages or safety concerns.
Inspect electrical cabling weekly and report defects.
Coordinate maintenance tracking sheets during handover.
Support other technicians and adapt to fast-paced environment.
Follow Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and SMS.
