Job summary

ThredUp is seeking a Live Streaming Host for an onsite role in Lancaster, TX, presenting curated secondhand fashion via live-stream shopping platforms. This part-time position involves preparing inventory, engaging viewers, and driving sales with strong product knowledge.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera for extended periods, passionate about fashion and resale, and capable of creating an entertaining shopping experience. Experience in content creation or live selling is a plus.

Qualifications

- Comfortable presenting on camera for 2+ hours.
- Genuine interest in fashion and resale.
- Experience with live selling or content creation preferred.

Responsibilities

Host live-stream shopping shows on platforms such as Whatnot and other live-selling channels.
Review and prep inventory with product details before shows.
Present apparel and accessories highlighting fabric, fit, quality, and styling.
Maintain an engaging pace to encourage viewer participation and sales.
Respond to viewer questions in real time.
Share product feedback with merchandising teams.
Work in a fast-paced distribution center environment handling inventory.
