Job summary

ThredUp is hiring a Production Assistant for its Dallas-area distribution centers in Lancaster, TX. The role involves reserving and staging inventory, setting up the live studio, and running auctions during shows.

You’ll coordinate with Live Sellers Hosts and the Live Selling Manager, ensuring smooth operation and post-show handoffs. The position is full-time, on-site, on PM shifts, with a 4-day work week and hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail in inventory reservation, staging and tracking.
• Strong multitasking ability to manage live chat and show flow.
• Clear communication with hosts, managers and DC team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Reserve and stage inventory for each day’s shows according to the show plan.
• Prep and reset the live studio between shows to ensure clean starts.
• Run auctions during live shows and keep bidding moving.
• Monitor chat, answer viewer questions and flag host requests.
• Coordinate with Live Sellers Hosts and managers on show-day decisions.
• Notify the DC team after each show to prep items for reinduction.
• Identify and report issues to improve future shows.
