Midwest Cards in Columbus, Ohio runs a brick-and-mortar store, ecommerce, and live selling via Whatnot and Fanatics Live. We’re seeking a Live Streaming Production Manager to own every frame on air—from concept to execution—for all shows.

You will design formats, set the stage, direct cameras, manage talent, and build a repeatable production system that drives engagement and sales across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years producing or directing live or live-to-tape programming.
• Experience building a show from blank page: format, rundown, segments, graphics, set, talent.
• Hands-on with multi-camera switching and live production software/hardware.
• Working command of lighting, audio, and camera fundamentals, and the design tools to build graphics.
• Calm under live failure, and decisive about next steps.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a weekly programming grid across channels.
• Develop original show formats, recurring segments, and franchise bits.
• Write and run the run-of-show for every broadcast.
• Build tentpole programming around releases, events, and store moments.
• Develop competition, game, and reveal mechanics for viewer engagement.
• Maintain a format pipeline: pitch, pilot, measure, keep or kill.
