Job summary

HYBE America in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Performance Manager/Director to lead the creative direction and execution of live and recorded performances for HxG artists. You will translate an artist's identity and the character of their music into original stage concepts, including choreography, coaching, and full creative direction across music, costumes, lighting, and stage design.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days

Qualifications

• Exceptional creative vision and ability to develop original performance concepts.
• Proven experience creating performances and choreography that align with songs.
• Demonstrated ability to train dancers across genres and coach performers.

Responsibilities

• Produce performances aligned with artist identity and song concepts.
• Coach artists to enhance performance, stage presence, and expression.
• Provide performance direction and training for trainees.
• Manage a talent pool of performers, including dancers.
• Define direction for music, costumes, lighting, and stage design.
• Oversee performance aspects of concerts, broadcasts, and videos.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
