HYBE America is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee managerial business and operations reporting for a label under HYBE AMERICA, including management of P&L based on artists and business models, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing financial decision-making support and insights.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Santa Monica, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.

We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee managerial business and operations reporting for a label under HYBE AMERICA, including management of P&L based on artists and business models, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing financial decision-making support and insights. The Business Operations Manager will establish business goals for the artist and artist IP-related businesses, and review and analyze budgets, contracts, financial feasibility, and profitability across the label's departments to achieve those goals.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the greater Los Angeles area at their own expense prior to their start date — we are not offering relocation assistance for this role, though it may be considered on a case-by-case basis for select candidates.

The salary range for this job is $90,000 to $135,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
