You will guide the control room, coordinate cameras, audio, graphics, and staff to deliver compelling news content for audiences wherever they watch. The ideal candidate has experience directing live television or streaming productions, strong leadership, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Qualifications

• Direct live newscasts, special coverage, and locally produced programming.
• Lead control room operations, coordinating cameras, audio, graphics, and production staff.
• Produce and oversee content for broadcast, streaming, OTT, CTV, and FAST channels.

Responsibilities

• Direct breaking news, weather, sports, election coverage, and special events.
• Operate and manage live-streaming technologies, including VMIX, OBS, and related production systems.
• Partner with newsroom, digital, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality productions across multiple platforms.
• Train and mentor production staff while helping develop best practices and workflows.
