Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville, operated by Live Nation Entertainment, seeks a Server to manage all stages of food and beverage service in its venue—restaurant, bowling area, and bar. You will greet guests, ensure order accuracy, and uphold cleanliness and presentation at the station.

Candidates must have a valid ABC Card, be able to lift 20–50 pounds, work flexible hours including weekends, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a lively, music-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Valid ABC Card required.
• Must be able to lift 20–50 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work later hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work closely and efficiently with others.
• Stand or be stationary for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all stages of food and beverage service in the restaurant, bowling area, bar or other areas throughout the venue
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining or service area to meet departmental standards
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Ensure the guest has an enjoyable experience
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all menu items and specials, including ingredients, preparation methods
• Ensure appropriate utensils and condiments are present for the meal being served
• Check all tables to ascertain guest needs and remain attentive to guests
