Job summary

Ryman Hospitality Properties seeks a Server Assistant to deliver exceptional guest service in our live music venues. You will bus tables, reset dining areas, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front-of-house environment in a fast-paced setting.

You will communicate with service staff, attend pre-shift meetings, and follow health and safety standards while supporting a team that prides itself on guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated team player and self-starter.
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Continually bus tables throughout the shift.
• Clear and reset tables within three minutes of guest departure.
• Communicate with service staff to quickly meet guest needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain clean and safe floors, report hazards and spills immediately.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform opening/running/closing duties.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and brand SOPs; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
