Job summary

You will learn the menu, promote daily specials, and handle POS transactions while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests during peak hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations and POS/cash handling.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and high-energy environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and sincere welcome, engaging in conversation to encourage repeat business.
• Take food and beverage orders, input accurately into POS, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Deliver orders promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify IDs according to policy.
• Maintain clean dining areas, pre-bus and bus tables, and reset spaces after guests depart.
• Follow health/safety procedures and participate in pre-shift and closing duties.
