Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• POS cash handling experience required.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Wine and liquor knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tables with a friendly demeanor.
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and welcome, engaging in friendly conversation.
• Take orders and input into POS system accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify IDs as required.
• Maintain clean dining and service areas; bus and reset tables.
• Assist in pre-shift meetings and perform opening/closing duties.
• Follow safety, security and brand SOPs; report issues to management.
