Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• POS check and cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and sincere welcome; engage in conversation to cultivate repeat business.
• Take food and beverage orders and input into POS system accurately.
• Deliver orders promptly, verify accuracy and presentation, and communicate with kitchen, bar, and guests.
• Assist with maintaining clean, organized dining areas and resetting tables after guests depart.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and complete required alcohol awareness training.
• Provide friendly service during peak times and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
