Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers and present menus.
• Help customers select food/beverages and take/serve orders.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment; process sales via POS.
• Check IDs for guests who appear under 30; ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Suggestively sell using proven techniques and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, organized station with pre-bussing and table maintenance.
• Perform opening/closing duties and station setup/breakdown.
• Direct guests to areas and restrooms; create memorable experiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
