Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm welcome and assist with directions.
• Manage reservations and waitlists, escort guests to seats.
• Provide friendly guidance on events and venue layouts.
• Maintain waitlists and communicate wait times to guests and management.
• Deliver food and beverages as needed and assist front-of-house tasks.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in public areas and back of house.
