Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager in venue operations and live events. This role coordinates staff and resources, ensuring touring artists receive the necessary support and hospitality on site.

The Production Coordinator acts as the primary contact for hospitality advances, works closely with touring acts and venue teams, and helps deliver a professional, efficient experience for artists, staff, and guests.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
Live music venue and artist hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist the Production Manager in all aspects of running the venue and putting on events.
Assist in staffing and supervising support staff including hospitality staff, runners, merchandise sellers and others.
Manage departmental payroll administration by tracking employee hours, reviewing time records for accuracy, and entering hours into the company payroll system in a timely manner.
Act as the main hospitality and VIP advance contact and interface with traveling production and artists.
Assist with the execution of special events and other event-related logistics as needed.
Support the venue staff in all areas.
Serve as a local resource to touring acts.
