Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia is seeking a Hospitality Runner to support the Production Department by ensuring backstage hospitality for touring artists, crew, and staff. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced live music environment.

Responsibilities include executing riders, stocking items, assisting with meals and errands, and post-show dressing room resets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous hospitality, live events, or production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute hospitality riders for artists and crew, including food, beverages, and dressing room supplies.
• Shop for and stock items before and during shows, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized backstage and green room environment.
• Act as a point of contact for artists and crew on show days.
• Assist with meals, catering delivery/pickup, coffee runs, and other errands.
• Coordinate with Production and Venue teams for day-of-show duties and post-show reset.
