Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager in delivering live events with premier music, bowling, and hospitality. You will coordinate staff, hospitality, runners, and merchandise teams while ensuring smooth operations and artist support on site.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced venue environment. Prior live music or hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
• Live music venue and artist hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in all aspects of running the venue and putting on events and shows.
• Assist in staffing and supervising support staff including hospitality staff, runners, merchandise sellers and others.
• Manage departmental payroll administration by tracking employee hours and time records.
• Act as the main hospitality and VIP advance contact and interface with traveling production and artists.
• Assist with the execution of special events and other event-related logistics as needed.
• Support the venue staff in all areas.
• Serve as a local resource to touring acts.
