Job summary

Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia is seeking a Production Coordinator to support operations and live events. You will assist the Production Manager, coordinate staff, and ensure touring artists receive required resources on site.

The role focuses on hospitality advances, event logistics, and strong communication with artists and venue teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with experience in live music venues welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in running venue operations and events.
• Staff and supervise hospitality staff, runners, merchandise, and related teams.
• Track hours, review time records, and input payroll data.
• Serve as main VIP/hospitality advance contact with touring acts.
• Coordinate with artists, venue staff, and departments before and during visits.
• Support event logistics and special projects as needed.
• Act as a local resource for touring acts and crews.
