This role plays a key part in ensuring that events run smoothly and that touring artists and their production teams receive the support and resources they need while on site.The Production Coordinator assists with the staffing, coordination, and supervision of venue support staff, including hospitality personnel, runners, merchandise sellers, and other event staff. They serve as the primary contact for hospitality advances and work directly with touring artists and production teams to coordinate their needs prior to and throughout their visit.In addition to supporting day-to-day production operations, the Production Coordinator serves as a knowledgeable local resource for touring acts, helping facilitate communication between artists, venue staff, and other departments.
