Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• POS check and cash handling experience required.
• State Alcohol Education Card required upon hire.
• Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, engage in friendly conversation, and share information about daily entertainment and events.
• Take and input food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system; coordinate with kitchen, bar, and guests.
• Deliver orders promptly, verify accuracy and presentation, and handle large trays in crowded areas.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per local laws and company policies, including proper ID checks.
• Maintain clean dining and service areas, assist with bussing and resetting tables, and follow health/sanitation procedures.
