Job summary

Opry Entertainment is seeking a friendly Server to create memorable dining experiences in our live music venues. You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure orders are accurate and timely.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, experience with POS systems, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a bustling venue setting. High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and engage in conversation to drive repeat visits.
• Take orders, input into POS, and communicate with kitchen/bar.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Assist with upselling and provide beverage/menu recommendations.
• Maintain clean service areas and reset tables between guests.
• Follow alcohol service policies and ID checks per policy.
