Atlético Dallas is seeking a Match Presentation & Production Lead to plan, prepare, and execute the live match presentation for home games. You will build production scripts, timelines, and coordinate assets and participants to deliver a polished show.

On game day, you will serve as the Red Hat / Field Producer, calling cues, coordinating timing, and ensuring all elements align with the run of show. The role requires strong live-production skills and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports production, game presentation, or live events.
• Previous Red Hat/field producer or live show caller experience preferred.
• Professional sports experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of live-event production and stadium displays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate match presentation for home games.
• Develop production scripts and run-of-show timelines.
• Coordinate stadium content, assets, and sponsor elements.
• Manage on-field timing, cues, and host/emcee coordination.
• Lead production on match day and adapt timing as needed.
• Post-match documentation and production debriefs.
