Job summary

Athens Rock Lobsters is seeking a driven Game Presentation & Production professional to plan, coordinate, and execute in-arena game presentation for home games. You will develop scripts, manage live assets, and oversee production elements across video, lights, sound, and mascots.

The role combines operations, creative production, and event execution, requiring hands-on involvement during games and coordination with internal teams and SPHL personnel. Night, weekend, and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in minor league sports, college athletics, or live event production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Daktronics, Click Effects, or Ross Xpression.
• Ability to manage last-minute script changes and sponsor activations.

Responsibilities

• Build, organize, and monitor in-game assets (Jumbotron, ribbon boards, scoreboards).
• Program live production software and write game scripts.
• Produce live in-game entertainment, managing pacing of lights, sound, video, and mascot performances.
• Oversee in-arena game operations and train game-day staff.
• Coordinate sponsor materials and fan experience programs.
