Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role entails supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing daily routines, planning activities, and leading devotions.

Initially, couples rotate across homes on a nine-on, three-off schedule before settling into a fixed home with the same group of students. Qualified couples must be married at least two years, both spouses 27+, and possess a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteers in a care setting.
• Ability to supervise and guide students in daily routines.
• Strong integrity and professional conduct required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines, schedules, and student activities.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Lead devotions and support Judeo-Christian chapel participation.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Work schedule: 9 days on, 3 days off, with placement into a single student home over time.
