Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You’ll reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, and support academic, emotional, and social development.

This two-person role requires a couple married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, valid driver’s license, and willingness to lead devotions and Chapel attendance while maintaining a smoke-free campus.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; married for at least two years.
• Spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to be certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
