Milton Hershey School is seeking two married partners to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and guide a group of 8–13 students, supporting academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities include supervising students daily, coordinating routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions, and managing household budgets. Training and relocation assistance are provided.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
