Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks an on-campus couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, caring for 8–13 students in a home-like setting. Couples reside in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support to help students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Two-person role: couples legally married for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
