Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8-13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting. Benefits and relocation support accompany the role.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
