Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Food Service Operations Director to lead on-site dining operations at our rural summer camp network. This hands-on leadership role requires managing culinary teams, budgets, and allergen safety.

You will oversee daily operations, schedule FOH and kitchen staff, ensure quality, control inventory, and maintain health standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The position is on-site and live-in for the season.

Competenze

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities; able to live on-site.

Mansioni

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking execution.
• Strict allergen safety compliance and top Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods corporate.
