Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. seeks a Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp program. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, manage budgets, supervise FOH and kitchen staff, and ensure allergen safety across all meals.

The position is on-site, live-in, with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and competitive pay plus bonus, room and board, and travel support through the summer contract.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager certification required; Allergens knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6‑day/70‑hour week.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train FOH and kitchen staff; foster a high-energy environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, scratch cooking execution, and timely service.
• Strict allergen safety management and sanitation standards compliance.
• Manage inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting.
