Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Life staff protocols and expectations.
• Enforce policies in a fair, evenhanded manner.
• Be an equal member of the Resident Life staff sharing office hours, study hall and campus supervision.
• Help run the resident program in line with the school's mission and policies.
• Plan and supervise afternoon clubs, sports or other activities.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support and be on duty as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding students' wellbeing, discipline, grades, health, etc.
