Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college in a behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or related field.
• Two years of professional experience in student services or related field.
• A master’s degree, by date of hire, may substitute for one year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of one or more residential neighborhoods and student leader teams.
• Supervise student leaders and provide guidance for programming and conduct.
• Provide on-call/crisis support and adjudicate student conduct.
• Coordinate inter-housing counsel advisory and resident engagement activities.
