Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration or a related field.
• Two years of professional experience in student services or related field.
• A master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student leaders and provide guidance to housing teams.
• Advise inter-housing councils and support resident engagement.
• Provide on-call/crisis support and assist with student conduct adjudication.
