Job summary

Endicott College is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to lead a residential community, supervise a team of Resident Assistants, and support student development. This live-in, full-time role is 10 months and offered as a three-year term on campus.

You will participate in on-call duty, address incidents under college protocols, and collaborate with the Office of Residence Life to foster belonging and a safe living environment for a diverse student population.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress for Master’s degree preference
• Experience in Residence Life or Student Affairs recommended
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal/leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, training, and performance evaluations for Resident Assistants
• Serve as conduct hearing officer and participate in on-call duty rotation for crises
• Oversee occupancy management, housing operations, and programming in the residential community
