Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager for a live-in, on-site role at a fast-paced summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, lead staff, manage budgets, and uphold allergen safety standards across high-volume service.

This seasonal contract runs May–Sept, requiring a minimum 6-day/70-hour week with full on-site responsibilities and travel-safe accommodations provided for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required (Allergens specified before start date).
• Strong leadership, budgeting capability, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary operations, portion control, menu specs, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and sanitation standards.
• Administer inventory, food orders, budgets, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
