Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for an on-site, hands-on leadership role at our rustic summer camp operations. This seasonal contract runs May–Sept as full-time, exempt work with a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and live-in housing.

You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety, delivering scratch cooking and high-quality meals in a high-volume camp environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial kitchen leadership.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Ability to live on-site in rustic setting.
• Experience in scratch and institutional/batch cooking preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff.
• Oversee budgeting and inventory management.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols and compliance.
• Maintain Health Department sanitation standards and records.
• Collaborate with camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
